Company Update

The South India Paper Mills' Board has appointed Mr. S N Hitaish Kumar, a Practicing Company Secretary, as the new Secretarial Auditor for five financial years, from April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2030. This appointment, following the Audit Committee's input, is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

Mr. Kumar brings over 22 years of experience in corporate governance and compliance.
