Zuari Industries has notified shareholders regarding the transfer of equity shares to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF). Shares with unclaimed dividends for seven or more consecutive years, starting from financial year 2017-18, are liable for transfer.

The company has informed affected shareholders and uploaded details on its website.

Shareholders must claim their unclaimed dividends by November 2, 2025, through the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent to prevent their shares and future benefits from being transferred to the IEPF Authority.

Once transferred, claims must be made directly from the IEPF.
