Record Date

Mahanagar Gas (MGL) has set August 14, 2025, as the Record Date for its final dividend for FY24-25. Shareholders holding shares on this date will be eligible for a dividend of Rs. 18 per equity share (180%). This payout is contingent on approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for August 22, 2025. If approved, the dividend will be disbursed within 30 days of the AGM.
