Promoter Bharat C Parekh has increased his holding in TPl India Ltd through an open market acquisition.

He purchased 14,57,677 shares, boosting his total stake from 2,62,53,827 shares (61.11%) to 2,77,11,504 shares (64.5%) of the company's total voting capital.

This increased promoter confidence and ownership concentration can be viewed positively by shareholders.
