Oasis Securities has announced its Adjourned 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will now be held virtually on Monday, September 1, 2025, at 11:00 A.M.

IST.

Originally postponed, the AGM will proceed via Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) to conduct company business.

Shareholders can access the notice and annual report electronically and vote through remote e-voting or during the meeting.

Importantly, proxy appointments will not be available for this virtual AGM.

Members participating online will count towards the meeting's quorum.
