Safari Industries' Nomination, Remuneration and Compensation Committee has approved the allotment of 91,369 new equity shares.

This includes 6,000 shares for ESOP grantees and 85,369 shares for ESAR grantees, following the exercise of employee stock options/rights.

Consequently, the company's paid-up equity share capital will increase from Rs. 9.78 Cr to Rs. 9.80 Cr.

This share issuance reflects the exercise of employee benefit schemes, modestly expanding the share base.
