Cresanto Global's Board has approved a proposal for the reduction of share capital, subject to shareholder and NCLT approval.

This move could restructure the company's equity base.

The Board also approved significant related party transactions for the upcoming financial year.

These involve entities like Cresanto India Private Limited (up to 20 Cr), Tidagela Ventures (7.5 Cr), KVK Packaging (7.5 Cr), K8 Products (20 Cr), and Koriander Consultants (7.5 Cr), covering various business activities.

Additionally, M/s. Nidhi Bajaj & Associates was appointed Secretarial Auditor for five years, and Ms. Komal Bajaj, Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26, enhancing governance.
