Company Update

Rodium Realty has initiated the process to transfer shares with unclaimed dividends for seven or more years to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF). The company has published newspaper ads and sent individual letters to affected shareholders.

A full list of these shareholders is available on Rodium's website.

If shareholders do not claim their dividends or communicate with the company by October 26, 2025, their shares and future benefits will be transferred to the IEPF.

Investors can reclaim these shares and dividends directly from the IEPF by following the prescribed procedure.
