Avax Apparels and Ornaments' Board of Directors has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Harish Kumar and Mrs. Deepika Garg as Whole Time Directors.

Based on input from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, their new term will be for three years, beginning September 1, 2025, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming 20th Annual General Meeting.

Mr. Kumar leads sales and marketing, while Mrs. Garg drives technology integration in manufacturing.
