AJWA FUN WORLD & RESORT has sold two parcels of land in Village Rayantalawadi, District Baroda, totaling 95,252 square meters.

The sale, approved by the Board at a minimum of Rs. 5,968.37 per square meter, fetched a total consideration of Rs. 56.86 Cr.

The land was previously used for the company's amusement park, which is now closed and no longer required.

This strategic disposal is not expected to impact the company's ongoing business operations.

The buyer is Godrej Projects Development Limited, unrelated to the promoters.
