JHS Svendgaard Retail Ventures has allotted 8 lakh equity shares to Let's Jump Trampoline and Adventure Private Limited.

This follows the conversion of warrants, originally issued at Rs. 50 each, bringing in Rs. 4 Cr.

The company's paid-up equity share capital now stands at Rs. 8.2046 Cr, comprising 82.046 lakh shares.

This move increases the equity base and reflects the conversion of previously committed capital into shares, strengthening the balance sheet.
