FGP Limited's Board has authorized key managerial personnel for critical communication functions.

Ms. Sapana Dubey (CFO), Mr. Dilip Mahadik (Manager), Mr. Avi Mundecha (Company Secretary & Compliance Officer until August 22), and Ms. Shalu Sarraf (Company Secretary & Compliance Officer from September 15) are now empowered.
