Kabra Commercial Limited's Board has approved a significant change in its key managerial personnel.

Ms. Apeksha Agiwal has resigned from her position as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.

In a seamless transition, the Board has appointed Mrs. Afsha Rafique Nag Chowdhury to assume these critical roles.

Mrs. Chowdhury brings valuable experience, being a Commerce Graduate and a Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with approximately eight years of post-qualification expertise.
