E-Land Apparel Limited has announced its 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually on Thursday, August 28, 2025, at 3:00 PM.

The meeting will utilize Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means, enabling shareholder participation.

Shareholders will have access to remote e-voting facilities through NSDL for all businesses presented at the AGM.
