Gretex Corporate Services has issued a corrigendum to its 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) notice.

The AGM, originally scheduled for 14th August, will now include an additional special business item for shareholders to consider.

This item is the proposed appointment of M/s R.K.N & Co. as the company's Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term, from FY2025-26 to FY2029-30. The remuneration for this role will be Rs. 75,000 plus applicable taxes and expenses.
