Integra Capital Limited's board has approved the Notice for the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the Director's Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. The board also appointed M/s. Amit Saxena & Associates to scrutinize e-voting for the AGM and as the Secretarial Auditor for FY26. Additionally, the monthly remuneration for the Managing Director, Mr. Tarun Vohra, was revised to 0.025 Cr.
