Fabtech Technologies Cleanrooms has appointed a new Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Sajjankumar Bawri, and a new Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, Ms. Jahnavi Mehta.

The company also confirmed new Secretarial and Internal Auditors.

Crucially, Fabtech is acquiring a 28% equity stake in Aart Integrated Projects Private Limited for ₹3.99 Cr.

Aart specializes in cleanroom and HVAC solutions for sectors like pharma and semiconductors, reporting a ₹12.58 Cr turnover in FY24. This strategic investment aims to strengthen Fabtech's market presence, accelerate growth, and explore synergies, making Aart an Associate company.
