Fabtech Technologies has appointed Mr. Sajjankumar Bawri as Chief Financial Officer and Ms. Jahnavi Mehta as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer.

The company is also acquiring a 28% equity stake in Aart Integrated Projects Private Limited for Rs. 3.9985564 Cr.

This strategic move strengthens Fabtech's cleanroom and HVAC solutions portfolio, making Aart (FY24 Revenue: Rs. 12.5792455 Cr, PAT: Rs. 0.1005514 Cr) an associate.

The acquisition is targeted for completion by September 30, 2025. Additionally, new Secretarial and Internal Auditors were appointed.
