Paushak Limited's shareholders have approved key audit appointments at the 52nd Annual General Meeting.

M/s. CNK & Associates LLP has been appointed as the new Statutory Auditors for a five-year term, succeeding M/s. Haribhakti & Co. LLP.

Additionally, M/s. Samdani Shah & Kabra will serve as the Secretarial Auditors for a five-year period.
