Paushak Limited's shareholders, at their 52nd Annual General Meeting, have approved new auditor appointments.

M/s. CNK & Associates LLP has been appointed as the Statutory Auditors for a five-year term, taking over from M/s. Haribhakti & Co. LLP.

Concurrently, M/s. Samdani Shah & Kabra have been appointed as the Secretarial Auditors for a period of five years.
