Saraswati Commercial (India) Ltd (SCIL), an NBFC focused on investments, has completed its strategic acquisition of 1,92,588 equity shares in Aditya Infotech Limited.

This investment, valued at approximately Rs. 13 Crore at Rs. 675 per share, was made via the anchor category of Aditya Infotech's Initial Public Offer.

Aditya Infotech specializes in advanced video security and surveillance solutions under its 'CP Plus' brand.

This move is consistent with SCIL's primary business of investing in shares and securities, expanding its financial portfolio.

Aditya Infotech reported a turnover of Rs. 3,111.87 Crore and net worth of Rs. 1,017.67 Crore for the fiscal year ended March 2025.
