AVI Polymers has confirmed its compliance with share dematerialization processes for the quarter ending June 30, 2025. This means that all physical share certificates received for conversion into electronic form were duly processed, confirmed to depositories, and subsequently listed on exchanges.

The original physical certificates were cancelled, and depositories were updated as the registered owners within 15 days.
