Kabra Commercial Limited has announced a change in its Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.

Ms. Apeksha Agiwal has resigned from the role.

The company has appointed Mrs. Afsha Rafique Nag Chowdhury as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.

Mrs. Chowdhury is a Commerce Graduate and an ICSI Member with approximately 8 years of post-qualification experience, having previously worked at Indian Base Metals Company Limited and other firms.

This ensures continuity in a key management role essential for the company's corporate governance and compliance framework.
