GHV Infra Projects has completed the dispatch of the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) notice to its shareholders.

The EGM will be held virtually via Video Conferencing or Other Audio Visual Means on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, at 4:00 PM IST.

Shareholders holding shares as of August 19, 2025, are eligible to vote electronically on the EGM's proposed businesses.

Remote e-voting will be open from August 23, 2025, 9:00 AM IST, until August 25, 2025, 5:00 PM IST.
