Dharni Capital Services' Board has approved significant board-level changes.

Ms. Shenaz Zoobin Bapooji, a veteran with 30 years in brand building and marketing, was appointed as an Independent Director for five years, subject to shareholder approval.

This bolsters the board's expertise.

Mr. Vinay Agarwal's resignation as an Independent Director was also approved.

Furthermore, Mr. Hemant Dharnidharka was re-appointed as Managing Director for another three years, ensuring leadership continuity, pending shareholder approval.

The Board also approved the appointment of M/s. Ronak Jhuthawat & Co. as Secretarial Auditors for five years and finalized the upcoming Annual General Meeting arrangements.
