Dharni Capital Services' board has approved key governance changes.

Ms. Shenaz Zoobin Bapooji has been appointed as an Independent Director for five years, bringing 30 years of marketing and brand strategy expertise, subject to shareholder approval.

Concurrently, Mr. Vinay Agarwal has resigned as an Independent Director.

The board also re-appointed Mr. Hemant Dharnidharka as Managing Director for three years, pending shareholder approval.

Additionally, M/s. Ronak Jhuthawat & Co. were appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years, also subject to member approval.

The Director's Report for FY2025 was approved, and Annual General Meeting details were finalized.
