Starcom Information Technology Limited has confirmed that its Registrar & Transfer Agent (RTA) successfully completed the dematerialization process for the quarter ended June 30. The RTA confirmed that all physical shares submitted for conversion into electronic format were duly processed, either accepted or rejected, and updated with the depositories.

Physical certificates were cancelled after verification, and the company's shareholder records were updated with the depositories' names within the required timelines.

This ensures proper and timely handling of investor share conversions.
