The company's Board has approved several significant proposals.

These include a potential change in the company's name, along with adopting a new Memorandum and Articles of Association and altering the object clause – all pending shareholder approval.

The registered office will also change.

Key appointments were made, including a new Company Secretary, CS Dilkhush Jitendra Purohit, and CA Rushikesh A Kakade as the Internal Auditor.

The Secretarial Auditors, M/s. R. S. Rajpurohit and Co., were re-appointed for five years, also subject to shareholder nod.
