Kothari Industrial Corporation Limited's Board has authorized its Chairman & Managing Director to finalize key agreements for strategic business expansion in its footwear division.

These include acquiring ownership of the "Jeetlo" and "Zodiz" trademarks (and sub-brands) from Zyf Tex Private Limited, Zaimus International Private Limited, and Zaimus Trends Private Limited.

Additionally, a business agreement will formalize sourcing, manufacturing, supply, and brand management for these footwear products with Zaimus Trends.

The company will also acquire tangible assets from Zaimus Trends through an asset purchase agreement, strengthening its operational foundation.
