Modipon Limited's Board has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Nitesh Kumar as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a further five-year term, effective March 02, 2026. This re-appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

Mr. Kumar is a Chartered Accountant with 18 years of experience in corporate compliance, taxation, and financial management, including expertise as a forensic auditor.

His continued tenure is expected to strengthen the company's governance and financial oversight, benefiting all stakeholders.
