Syschem's Board has approved key auditor appointments.

Based on the Audit Committee's input, Mr. Kanwaljit Singh was appointed Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term.

M/S S T A V & Co was re-appointed as Statutory Auditor for five years.

Additionally, M/S Mohit Aggarwal & Co was appointed as Cost Auditor for the financial year 2025-26, with their remuneration proposed by the Board and requiring shareholder ratification.
