ATV Projects India has clarified its upcoming Annual General Meeting notice regarding a preferential issue of convertible warrants.

The issue price for 25 lakh warrants to a promoter, Mahalaxmi Import Export Pvt Ltd, has been adjusted to Rs. 40.80 per warrant, raising Rs. 10.20 crore.

These funds are earmarked for capital expenditure (Rs. 2.60 crore), working capital (Rs. 2.50 crore), and general corporate needs (Rs. 5.10 crore). This strategic financing will increase the promoter's diluted stake and strengthen the company's financial foundation for operational growth.
