Vinyoflex Limited's Board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported revenue from operations of Rs 9.02 Cr and a net profit of Rs 0.62 Cr for the period.

Additionally, the Board approved the appointment of Mr. Chetan D. Shah as the Secretarial Auditor for five financial years, from 2025-26 to 2029-30, subject to shareholder approval.
