Mercantile Ventures' Board has approved key auditor appointments.

M/s. KRA & Associates, a peer-reviewed firm, will serve as Secretarial Auditors for five years (FY2025-26 to FY2029-30), pending shareholder approval.

This move aims to bolster the company's long-term corporate governance and compliance.

Additionally, Ms. Ramya Ganapathy, a Chartered Accountant, has been appointed as Internal Auditor for FY2025-26, at Rs. 15,000 per quarter.

This strengthens internal financial oversight and operational controls, enhancing transparency and investor trust.
