New Light Apparels Limited shareholders have approved significant changes to the company's Memorandum of Association, specifically expanding its core business activities.

The company can now manufacture and deal in a wide range of electrical and electronic products, alongside its existing textile and apparel operations.

Crucially, it will also enter the electric vehicle (EV) sector, including manufacturing, sales, servicing, and charging infrastructure.

Additionally, the company is authorized to engage in general trading, e-commerce, and omni-channel operations.

This broadens New Light Apparels' strategic focus, opening new growth avenues beyond its traditional business.
