Sarthak Industries Limited has announced a board meeting on Tuesday, 12th August.

This meeting was rescheduled from its original date due to a lack of quorum.

The board will now meet to consider and approve the financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2025. The trading window for designated persons, which closed on 1st July, will remain shut until 48 hours after these financial results are declared, impacting trading activities for investors.
