Sunshine Capital's Board of Directors has made key appointments.

Mr. Sanjay Tulsidas Bhanushali has been appointed as an Additional Non-Executive & Independent Director, aiming to strengthen the board's independent oversight.

Additionally, the company appointed Parul Agrawal & Associates as its secretarial auditor for the financial year 2025-2026 and Mr. Sudhish Kumar Verma as the Internal Auditor for five years starting from financial year 2024-2025.
