Natural Capsules Limited has announced results from a board meeting held to approve the financial results for the quarter.

On a standalone basis, revenue from operations grew to ₹44.24 Cr from ₹39.14 Cr year-on-year, with net profit increasing to ₹2.52 Cr from ₹1.46 Cr.

Consolidated revenue rose to ₹45.20 Cr from ₹39.18 Cr.

However, the consolidated results show a net loss of ₹5.58 Cr compared to a ₹0.60 Cr net profit last year.

This loss is primarily due to the new API subsidiary, Natural Biogenex, which commenced commercial operations but has not yet achieved full revenue potential, impacting overall group profitability.
