G. G. Dandekar Properties Limited's associate, Navasasyam Dandekar Private Limited, has converted 14,989 Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS) held by G. G. Dandekar Properties Limited into equity shares at a 1:1 ratio.

Following this conversion, G. G. Dandekar Properties Limited now holds 63,989 equity shares in Navasasyam Dandekar Private Limited, making up 49% of its equity.

This move consolidates the holding into common equity, simplifying the ownership structure within the associate company.

Navasasyam Dandekar Private Limited continues to be an associate company.
