Jhandewalas Foods (JFL) has announced its 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually on Friday, August 29, 2025, at 9:30 AM via Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means.

Shareholders with registered email addresses have received the AGM notice and annual report, also available on the company and exchange websites.

Shareholders can cast their votes electronically from August 26 (9 AM) to August 28, 2025 (5 PM). Only those holding shares as of August 22, 2025, are eligible to vote.
