The group reported robust consolidated revenue from operations of 118.43 Cr, marking a 99% year-on-year increase, with PAT soaring 79% to 9.69 Cr.

The company's order book surged 82% year-on-year to 757 Cr, indicating strong future growth, with the Power Transmission Solutions (PTS) division forming 66% and New & Renewable Energy (NRE) 34%. Operational milestones include significant project completions and new order wins, alongside a strengthened financial profile reflected by an improved debt-equity ratio and an upgraded CRISIL BBB+ credit rating.
