MTAR Technologies has re-appointed its Statutory Auditors, S.R. Batliboi & Associates LLP, for a four-year term.

The company confirmed key leadership roles, re-appointing Mr. P. Srinivas Reddy as Managing Director.

Mr. Akepati Praveen Kumar Reddy is re-appointed as Whole-Time Director for three years, with a remuneration of Rs. 0.96 Cr p.a. plus variable pay.

Mr. Anushman Reddy, heading exports and supply chain, is also re-appointed as Whole-Time Director for three years, with a remuneration of Rs. 1.44 Cr p.a. plus variable pay.

These re-appointments ensure leadership continuity and stability.
