Thinkink Picturez announced its board meeting for approving the financial results for the quarter was adjourned because the Audit Committee had not yet approved them.

The board meeting is now scheduled for August 12 to consider these results.

Additionally, the company noted the resignation of M/s Parin Patwari & Co. as Statutory Auditors due to the auditor's intent to discontinue their proprietorship firm.

Following this, M/s Chandabhoy & Jassoobhoy, Chartered Accountants, have been appointed as the new Statutory Auditors, ensuring continuity in the company's audit oversight.
