M K Saraf & Associates LLP as the company's Secretarial Auditors for the next five financial years, starting from April 1, 2025. This move ensures the continuity of secretarial audit services, as Mr. K G Saraf, senior partner of the new LLP, previously served as the company's Secretarial Auditor.
