RCI Industries and Technologies, currently under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP), has a new statutory auditor.

The Committee of Creditors (CoC) approved the appointment of Mr. Ashwani Bansal of R. Bansal & Co. as the Statutory Auditor for a period of five years, covering financial years from 2022 to 2027. This decision was made by a majority vote of 66.83% of the voting shares.

This change follows the resignation of the previous auditor and is crucial for ensuring financial oversight and transparency during the ongoing insolvency proceedings, providing clarity for stakeholders.
