GTN Textiles has appointed Shri MR L Narasimha, a Practising Company Secretary, as its Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term.

This appointment, effective from April 1, 2025, through March 31, 2030, is subject to shareholder approval.

Shri Narasimha brings over three decades of experience, including extensive work conducting secretarial audits for listed companies.

This move ensures the company's ongoing adherence to secretarial standards and legal requirements, providing stakeholders with confidence in its corporate governance practices.
