GTN Textiles has announced the re-appointment of Shri N K Bafna and Shri C.K.Gopalakrishnan Nair as Non-Executive Independent Directors.

The Board, following consideration by its Nomination & Remuneration Committee, approved their second consecutive 5-year term, starting from the conclusion of the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

Shri Bafna brings over six decades of experience in finance and company law as a Chartered Accountant.

Shri Nair, a Textile Engineer, offers 35 years of industry expertise, including leadership as Managing Director of public sector textile companies.

Their continued service provides stability and strategic depth to the board.
