Galaxy Agrico (XPDRT) Ltd has announced a board meeting on Monday, 11th August, 2025. A key agenda item is the potential sale and transfer of its agricultural equipment and bearings (forged rings) manufacturing and trading business as a going concern to Forgex Rings Private Limited.
