Solarium Green Energy Limited announced its subsidiary, Solarium Ventures LLP, has transitioned into a wholly-owned private limited company, now named Solarium Ventures Private Limited.

This new entity, with an authorized capital of Rs 0.01 Cr, is 100% owned by Solarium Green Energy.

Its purpose is to manufacture solar panels and cells, alongside offering IT services.

This strategic conversion is designed to align with Solarium Green Energy's core objectives and facilitate further business expansion, highlighting the company's focus on growth and operational integration.
