Kalyani Forge has re-appointed M/s M. P. Chitale & Co. as its Statutory Auditors for a five-year term (Apr 1, 2025 - Mar 31, 2030). This Board-approved decision, following the Audit Committee's review, corrects a prior administrative error in the term's effective dates.

Shareholder approval is still required at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
